What happened? Have you been contacted by them over a charged-off account?

yes, i received a loan thru check n go which was an installement loan thru 1st bank of delaware. Hal Jordon refused to give me any information I requested, told me to call my lender who would in turn give me his number. I asked for his buisness license number and he skated around it. I told him I would pay him $25 a week, he wanted a money gram I refused told him I wanted it thru the courts, he didn't want to do that. said it would cost me more money. that tells me something is not right. I don't deny I owe the full balance back, but do it legally. I told him never to call me at work again, he has my cell call me on that.
