Sued by North Star Capital with Apothaker and Assoc as lawyers

I recently where issues papers from a ladt stating she was from the sherifs department. They appear to be legitimate court docs stating I am being sued. THis is almost 5 years old. I alive in PA.
Does any one have any advice on what I can do with this. We have a 2 year old son and are doing our best to make ends meet and kep our currnet credit positive. I can not afford to pay them at this point. Your thoughts are appreciated.

Try contacting a lawyer in your area. The National Association of Consumer Advocates maintains a website and you can find an attorney using the 'find an attorney' function on their site, naca.net. Definitely talk to a lawyer, not all lawyers charge for this. Good luck.
