Hello,
I need some advice about a car that was repo'd by Capital One Auto Finance. My husband is Active Duty & his name was on this car as well as mine. Capital One was claiming that they never recieved payments from us & then showed up at our door wanting the car. I now keep getting letters from Northstar Location demanding money for this car. I am currently overseas where my husband is stationed. I totally feel that Capital One has violated the Soldier & Sailors Act when they took the car. HELP please. I will only answer emails due to a hearing problem at this moment.
