Notice by Publication

Has anyone ever heard of 'notice by publication'? how can someone do this...is this really a way that a CA can use to get a judgement against you.
Also if a CA is collecting for an illegal CA can they sue you?[size=3][/size][font=Arial][/font][color=Black][/color]

What state do you live in? Method of service varies from state to state but if you live in a state that allows for service by publication, then it could be perfectly legal.

It is generally used after other methods have failed.
