Hello,
June 09 I received a letter from a CA and attorney from with the CA office, one was a Notice of Appearance with o court date nor court room. The original creditor was GMAC of course we know what happened with them. I asked for a DV they sent me a statement from 1996 and a judgment, no court date, no court room nothing was provided. Again, I asked for more information.
What else can I do? The Statue of Limitations is 6 years this expired a long time ago. I received no additional information from them since then. I visited the courthouse and inquired about it, I was told there was a judgment filed. I pulled three credit reports and nothing is recorded yet.
Please guide me. I reside in Nevada.
