Who is American Consumer Credit

I got two letters today from NPA (Naitonal Process of America) located in Kansas (?) saying they are acting on behalf of American Consumer Credit.
One letter is for 95.00 adn the other is 375.00.
I am guessing it's for some type of payday loan - but I have no idea which one because it's not an original name. Any Ideas?
