I have requested DV from Ameriloan on 4 occassions one being certified letter. They have failed to do so. I advised them of my complaints to the BBB, FTC, CA AG, & to the CA Dept of Corporations for violating a Desist and Refrain order issued in 2006. After all this they still call me every day. What if anything else can I do to get them to stop calling?

Is Ameriloan the original creditor? They do not have to respond to a DV. DV's are for CA's and JDB's, not OC's.

They are the original creditor but issue illegal internet payday loans. Any contract they may or may not have is illegal.
