Hello, first time posting on here. I have a credit card debt about $5,000 on one card. I just got charged off maybe 2 weeks ago. Well I have $3,000 now to pay the OC. If i were to send that money to the OC and not the CA. What would happen? Because I still get bills from the OC, but i have the CA calling me trying to settle this debt.
Any help would be great thanks.

contact the OC and find out.more than likely they will accept the settlement or some other arrangement.
