Original creditor letter - need help

Good evening everyone! I feel like a posting fool today, but I need to get squared away so I can get my debts paid off (before my school loan payments start in April!)
Anyway, I want to work with the original creditor on a couple of credit card accounts, and was wondering if there was a good letter that I could use for this purpose.
The originial creditors is HSBC by the way....if that matters any.

You may or may not have the option of working with the OC. In
You may or may not have the option of working with the OC. In most cases when third party collections agencies are hired, they are hired under contract on a contingency basis. This means that they get paid no matter what....thus the OC is not going to waste time collecting on an account when they are paying a CA to do so.
Secondly, if the account has been sold off, the OC is out of the picture. They no longer are party to the debt.
