Ohio Surety Bond

First-off let me say this site has been a lifesaver!
I was in another forum and a member made a post stating that in Texas a collection agency located outside of Texas is required to have a surety bond to collect on a debt from a Texas resident.
I live in Ohio and am battling collectors (RJA Capitol) located I believe in NY. Does anyone know if Ohio collection laws requires collection agencies to be bonded in Ohio to collect from Ohio residents? Couldn't find it anywhere online.
