Does anyone know where i can get a definitive list of the agencies that hold any old debt accounts so i can contact and settle as needed, thx.

There are too many collection agencies to name that could have your debts. Your best bet would be to run a tri-merge credit report from all three reporting agencies " Transunion, Equafax and Experian. You will then be able to see who likely has the debt and you can contact them.
If you haven`t ran your free credit report yet this year you can go to annualcreditreport.com to get a free report from all three reporting agencies.
