What do I do if I was sued by a collection agency and the attorney is no longer accepting payment neither is the agency? it's still on my credit report as unresolved attorney collected over $1,900.

If they won't take payments, then they shouldn't be reporting it. Dispute the item on your credit report and it should be removed.
