I made a mistake...help !!!!

:( I had an old Sears Bill from 2001.According to
my credit report this account was sold to a collection agency.Apparently it has bounced around to
Weltman,weinberg and reis.I received a call and set up a payment plan.I have been paying them for the last five months $100.Today I received a letter and it appears that they are only applying a portion of the $100 toward the balance.I was never advised of interst.I have written a letter requesting validation
of orginal debt with my signature.This will give me
the amount of interest from the orginal debt.
Mean while I have found out that SOl may apply.
But stupid me has been paying and probably has reaged
this account.... :( does anyone know of anyway to get around the reaging? I contacted an attorney he said the Sol was passed .

I think once you start making payments on it then it does reage
