This past summer I dealt with these people in regards to my son's medical bills. For the last week, I again, have been dealing with them.

They will not leave me be!

I'm now trying to figure out the insurance myself. I've checked the EOB's and services online and I think i see where I can clean up one of the dates of services, but another one I'm still investigating.

Talk about a headache and a half!

Well, I have GOOD news! I fought with the Aetna insurance ALL day Friday and I got the bill paid! I still have one more date of service to work on, but stil atleast one down! the insurance company had invalid information regarding secondary insurance. I corresponded with the health insurance thru email, and FINALLY, they paid it on Friday because of my demands. YAY! now one more to take care of...

I have no clue why these people are calling me and saying they will have me arrested for if I don't pay $3000 in 5 days. I was completely shocked. It took me 5 minutes to wake up to the fact that I am being contacted by a collection agency. They called my work place and told my colleague who had picked up the call that they had a warrant for me. What the hell is it can someone tell me where is American Collection Systems is located. My god what a mess i am into :(

Hey Jamie

I googled and found out the address

American Collection Systems, Inc.
Suite 150
2500 Corporate Exchange Drive
Columbus, OH 43231
(614) 410-6271

Jamie relax....they wont sue you or get you arrested. what they are trying to do is completely illegal. What you can do is write a ltter to them asking them to validate the debt. You can also write to them saying that you do not want any further communication with them so they must cease collection efforts. Ohhhh and yes send the letter via certified mail with a RRR.

Take care
Nelly
