S&P Capital Address?

TransUnion has S&P Capital Investments listed as owning the account Genesee is now claiming to own. I was thinking I need to go ahead and DV them to get this off my credit report, if they in fact no longer own the debt. I tried to google them, but all they seem to have on their web site is a phone number and an online payment screen. Anyone know what their address is? I'm hesitant to call the phone number and open a can of worms!
