Proof of Payment from Jackson, Phillips and Associates

On May 11th I was called by Jackson, Phillip and Associates saying that I had to pay them over $500 by 1:30pm that day or be arrested. Well my mother helped me out and paid the money. I was told by Dean McCoy the rep who called and scared the b Jesus out of me that he was sending a letter out that I had paid in full. I called the following Monday and asked him again, he had a stank attitude and when he repeated the address to me on where he was sending the letter it was wrong, and he acted like he corrected it. Well it is May 29th and I haven't received a letter yet What do I do now?


Report this company to your attorney general's office. They must be aware of them because there are too many negative complaints as reported by many consumers.

Do you have the mailing address of Jackson, Phillip and Associates? I think it will be better to write a letter asking for the PIF letter and send a copy to your AG. The CA will know that you are in touch with the AG.

Well the first thing you should know..You will never get a letter from them and in a few months they will call you with the same bs story...they are a scam company who works with PDL's. They are part of Bass and Associats and they are being investigated by the FL ag and several other organizations
