I just go a letter from collection agency about my loan from Plain Green ..I found out also that Plain Green is not legal in California. I can't remember anymore how much I have paid directly to them. Is there a way to stop the collection agency.

Send the CA a cease and
Send the CA a cease and desist letter informing them they are collecting on an illegal loan and that you never want to hear from them again. Have you followed all the instructions for handling your tribal loan that are in my signature line???
