Do I have to pay interest and fees

I'm sooo glad I found this website. They called me also said they were going to file legal papers on me at work by tomorrow if I didn't pay. They want me to repay the loan plus $200 in interest and fees. Does anyone know if I HAVE to pay those fees?


Bass and Associates. I am in Texas. I told them I would pay the loan and asked for their address and a debt validation letter and they wouldn't give me either. They said they would now go forward with legal action. Can they do this?

If they are legimate they have to vaildate the debt. Of course if they are not they they dont want to. They're are several threads on this company do a serach for yourself. Please calm down there are no more debtors prisions. Best Wishes KYSIDE38
