That is called disturbing the peace. If they actually do this (and I tend to think it is a bluff) then immediately call the police. Texas is a one party state..so tape record the call where they tell you this...it is illegal for a CA to threaten like that and if you have them on tape, you got em by the short hairs.
They will threaten everything under the sun...don't believe anything they tell you, much of it is total BS.
