I had a payday loan that I defaulted on but am now paying a collector alliance soluitons out of fort mill sc. They threaten me with all the legal action and called my work and I was avoiding them till that point and agreed to make payment aragements. On my third payment my bank put a hold on them because of fruad activity coming from the state, and told me to ask questions, so I been doing that all day and am now confused if they are a real colletion agency. the last attempt to call he told me we made all the agreements all ready so theres nothing further either pay or go to court for check fruad. please help thanks

anyplace that threatens,or implies you commited a crime is not legit and needs to be reported asap.do not talk to these idiots again.all they can/will do is ilegally and stupidly threaten you over the phone.if you just hang up after reporting them.first to your local police.then your AG.they can't/won't do squat.as for the payments already made did your bank return those?if not consider it a lesson learned.anyone that threatens,or bullies over the phone without sending,or wanting to send something needs to be reported and ignored.

As Paul says, they can't charge you with a criminal offense. Moreover, if the state has put out a fraud alert, then there must be something to it.
