Can A Collector Back Out of a Payment Agreement? for any other reason than failure to pay as agreed? Looking it up but maybe someone knows the answer right off hand. actually the collector couldn't believe they had went into a payment agreement. i have the letter and read it to them in attempt to get them to update my payments on my CR's. this will be NCO the collector's from %^&* :)
