Everyday I am getting new calls from payday loans collection agency

I am getting stressed, I am tired of them saying they are from an attorney's office and will be serving me a summons if I don't pay up. I am tired of them saying they are going to sue me. I want to set up payment arr with them but the payment arrangements they are setting up with me are just impossible " pay entire bal at the end of the month! or get sued" :oops:

should I be stress or not that i'm going to get sued?


sounds like a bunch of bottomfeeders for ipdl's.if they start that talk.hang up,they can't do anything that they threaten.a couple of questions.

the names of the pdl's
amount borrowed from each
amount debited by each
internet or storefront
what state are you in.

don't stress.if they are internet most likely they are illegal.if so,and you provide the info requested.you might be suprised by how little you do owe.

I got a call to day stating i would be served If i could not pay...Lukasic, Ward and Associates claimed to be lawyers...can i go to jail? :shock:

no you can't.anyone who implies that is a bottomfeeder.i noticed that your heading said web payday.they are not legal,therefore the CA will act illegaly as well.debts are civil matters not criminal ones.
