I have recently received 3 separate e-mails from a Pay Day Lender I do not recognize called 500 fast cash paypinion and that they were willing to do a debt settlement for $65.00. Back in early 2004, I had multiple payday loans which caused me to be in excessive debt, I had filed for Chapter 7 bk in late 2004, closed my checking account, and the bk was discharged in early 2005.

To the very best of my knowledge, I had included all of my creditors on my Bk petition. I had not received any e-mail or postal mail correspondence from a Pay day lender until recently July 2006. I am sure that it is very possible that this payday lender might have changed their name because I do not recognize as I stated previously.

The telephone number that was provided to me from their e-mail is 1-800-404-8689. The e-mail addresses that I have for them are customersupport(at)paypinion.com and customersupport(at)500fastcash.paypinion.com from the e-mails that this company sent to me.

I tried doing a reverse search on the above telephone number but did not come up with anything. I tried to correspond via e-mail to the above e-mail addresses; however they both "bounced" back to me. I tried to call that number over the weekend but only got a recording and it did not give an option to leave a message.

My questions are the following: Does anyone recognize this payday lender is and their -mailing address, what city and state they are located in, correct working e-mail address or any other information . Any information that anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.

500 fast cash is associtated with Rio Resources. Paypinion is the inhouse collections. Check your list of creditors you filed bankruptcy on, if you filed on this company, and it wsa discharged, they have no legal ground to collect. Send them proof of the bankruptcy discharge and if they still try to collect on a discharged debt, you will need to consult with your bankruptcy attorney or a local attorney.
