My payroll is being garnished for 25% of my earnings. My payroll is directly deposited into my checking account each week. My question is on top of my payroll can they also garnish my bank account ?

The creditor will not be able to garnish your savings account if he has received a judgment against you to garnish your wages only. If the creditor gets a judgment to garnish your savings account, then he will be able to garnish your bank account.
