Has anyone gotten P&B Capital Group harassing phone calls?

I keep getting harassing phone calls from these bas*** cursing me for someone who does not and has never lived here. The more I report them to my phone company, the more they call threatening legal action against us. They harass the CRAP out of us. I finally did some internet research on them so if anyone else has had trouble from them or wondered how to track them down, here is a nice piece from their website with the link. I wish someone would sue the living heII out of these people.

If you are getting harassing calls from P&B Capital group, then you should take legal action against the company. Under FDCPA Act, collection agencies are forbidden to make harassing calls to the consumers. So, either file a complain with FTC or report the matter to your State's Attorney General. P&B capital Group has multiple addresses. It is headquartered in New York. They are not a BBB accredited business. They have been rated F by BBB.
