collection company debited my account for numerous payday loans without auth. i have no idea which loans it was for, and phone numbers no longer answering.
Hi Dear Friend!
You have said that the debt collectors are debiting your account without
authorization.
So, I think if you have their name and address, search it on the
internet and go to their office directly. Discuss with them everything
in detail and check what is the final result.
If you tell me their name I can help you to find their address.
The other option you may adopt is that you can contact a lawyer who is a
specialist in how to deal with the debt collectors.
You may dial this number for having a conversation with debt collection
specialists.
800-DEBT-913
I think these are the 2 options you can adopt.

Who are these lenders? Are
they even legal? And what is the name of the collection agency? Do one
thing. Put a hard debit check on your bank account so that they can't
withdraw more money from you. And, a CA can't garnish your bank account
without obtaining judgment against you. So, they have clearly violated
the FDCPA law. You can file a lawsuit against them for this. If you have
not borrowed these loans, then you have a high chance of winning the
lawsuit and get back the refund.
Are thy legal? If yes, then
call them and settled the debt. After that revoke the authorization. If
they're illegal, then pay the principal amount and ask the bank to close
your account.
First of all, if you don't pay
off your payday loans, the lender can sue you in court. And if they win
and the judgment goes against you, the court will order your lender to
garnish your wages. So, to garnish your wages. a valid court order is
MUST!! You should file a lawsuit against your lender asap.
