HELP!

I got a call from Jess Jackson last week about a case in Amanda Houser's office. The case turns out was an old credit card, he said that they were going to file a suit if i did not pay "voluntarily". I told him i would call him back friday when i got paid, and he said no, i had to give him my checking info to hold it until friday and i toldhim i would cal lhim back. Yesterday a SHERRIF came to myu job looking for me, tryng to serve me with paper work?? My whole job thought i was going to jail...this really doesn't look good because I work account payables at a manufacturing company!! What can i do the paper work says I owe like 4 grand for a credit card that had a $800 limit???? How does that happend in these economic time???? Someone please help me asap...PDM are RUDE inappropriate language removed by Shazzers.
