I received a call from PDM Associates in my office today threatening me to contact the DA's office and my HR department if i didn't pay them $800+. Saying that i am defrauding an internet loan and will be prosecuted!! I live in Florida... These loans were orig. from Huskhawk and Vince enterprises....HELP!!

PDM is a bottomfeeding CA that focuses on ipdl's.they can't and won't have you arrested.next time they call.inform them that you want something in writing.then hang up,and don't speak to them again.they deal with illegal pdl's so they can't do a thing they threaten.

They say that the contract that i signed online is what i already have 'IN WRITING'. And that i signed a contract saying they can garnish wages, contact me at work, etc...So now what? Are internet payday loans Legal? No matter what state I'm in? If i tell them not to call me at work, what law do i have against them calling back again?

I received a call from PDM Associates from Pack Mgmt-an internet payday loan company. The lady was really, really rude to me. She said that I had an hour to contact them with my bank information and threatened to garnish my wages? I thoroughly explained to them with information sent via fax of a situation that was occuring on my job and I humbly asked for a little bit more time to pay them off if they would just work with me. I mean the circumstances were critical to my job. What do I do about this situation? I do not wish to NOT pay them, just a little bit more time to pay them off completely.

To the OP: tell them you have no such paperwork, therefor you must not have a loan. tell them if they want to discuss it then to send you some proof you owe a dang thing.

To Shameka: Tell them that they now have 5 days to send you a letter with the details of the debt and that you are on to the bluff of suit. Tell them you will not deal with any unethical company making threats.

If they send you anything, send a validation letter and make sure everything is on the up and up.
