Just got a call from this company using my maiden name

I just recieved a voice mail from this company using my maiden name ( I have been married for 18 years) I can't imagine what it could be for and will call them back tomorrow unless you don't think I should, but if there is something from my past that long ago, am I required to pay it? I am in Pennsylvania and currently in bankruptcy..the one where we pay everyone 100 % of everything back so we don't lose our house and so money is tight.
Thanks for any advice.

Hi!
Welcome to the forums!
18 years is a very long time. Wait for a few days. Let them call you back. You don't need to call them. If it is regarding a debt, then it is well past the Sol period. They can't sue you anymore.
It might be a collection agency that buys junk debts for pennies
It might be a collection agency that buys junk debts for pennies on the dollar, and then try collecting whatever they can. 18 years is a pretty long time and it's almost certainly beyond it's SOL.
In addition, they can't really do anything when you're under bankruptcy.
