To all the experts,
I mailed out 5 PFD's, now if I get responese back and can't get a PFD, what's the next best thing I should have reported to the credit bureau's? Paid Satisfied? Paid Agreed?
Also, when does the SOL start? from the first date of delinquency or the last payment made on the account?

SOL starts from the date of last payment. What state are you in?
SOL starts from the date of last payment. What state are you in? Also If the account is a charge off it should be updated as a paid charge off.
you can look up the SOL here, to be honest if the debt is passed the SOL I would not pay. They had their chance to sue and the law is the law.
