Ohh I know.. I was just wondering what type of debt they collect. I got a nother call around 8:45am this morning on the house phone (I have it set up to record all vms as a wave file and for me to get a notice once one is left I promptly faxed them a C&D. They called again last night around 6pm.. didn't answer. (probably should have) but was just trying to get a feel if it was for illegal payday loans or something else. and I just found out that neither Phoenix Credit Solutions is not licnesed in the state of WI, nor is another one that just started calling me (a few weeks ago) Time to have some fun. A C&D letter was already faxed to Phoenix Credit earlier this morning and so far not a word. going to follow up with a CMRR. I have to send one to First Shore credit as well. this one has been calling me for two weeks (on/off and haven't received a dunning letter either)
