GO TO YOUR BANK RIGHT AWAY!!! IF you did not authorize them to take money from your account, I suggest closing it right away to stop them from taking your money.

Actually, you don't need to close your account. Simply tell the bank that these withdrawals are unauthorized, and that you want them blocked from taking money from your account in the future. They can put a block on all ACH debits to your account, if necessary.

Diane, you need to contact your bank and fill out an "Affidavit of Unauthorized ACH" immediately, if not sooner. There should also be a phone number listed next to the ACH debit on your bank statement. If there is, call that number and find out exactly what is going on, and advise them you want these debits stopped.
The problem with filling out this affidavit is you have a limited time in which to dispute these debits. As far as I know, it is 90 days. Unless it's changed since I worked in banking. Your bank may not be able to help you with all of them going back to January, at that point you would need to contact the company debiting your account for a refund.
Somehow, this company got hold of your banking information. Make sure you never give out your bank information to anyone, unless you know for sure who they are and what they want it for!

Please take this and other through the BBB correspondance off the the internet. I ran across it during a google search.

Diane...unfortunately it's not that easy. Posting something on the web is like shooting a gun. Once the bullet has left the barrel, you can't take it back. I would suggest you narrow your search criteria down so you don't come back with so many results.
