I need to check on this company. I have been hospitalized for a smashed tibia and fibula. Things have been crazy and one of my bills made it to this collection agency. I told them I could start paying them in three weeks. Then I had a woman call me and tell me I didn't take make this agreement. I then thought it was a different company and new I couldn't make another payment of the same size and told her I could pay a smaller amount. Then she told me I had already made an agreement of the original amount. I then realized she was lying to me. They also want the routing number for my checking account with my agreement so they can put it through on that date. Well I don't trust them. Should I??

Hahaha you guys are hilarious. Complaing about a company because you guys owe money its hilarious. If u want us to stop calling pay your bills simple at that. You guys seriously make my day!!! Thanks for all the bonus money and me getting paid just to call people!!

This morons(Pinnacle) sucks! I faxed proof of payment like 3 times and still bugging the crap out of me. I spoke to a supervisor and literally chewed him out. We will see what happens, they said they are sending my file out and close it out.

Do not speak to debt collectors at Pinnacle except to tell them harrassment tactics are illegal. They will take an acoount on which the nearest relative has been listed when it was opened, and harrass them. Complain to their corporate headquarters 7825 Washington ave south, Minneapolis MN 55439 or email them cs@pfgservices.com. Complain to the State Attorney at the Capitol in Minneapolis. . They need to be stopped In our instance, we got a T-mobile phone which did not work in our area, and account was cancelled almost immediately. The T mobile agent was at a Radio Shack in Augusta, Maine, who insisted on having a relative's cell phone no. This relative is now being charged for multiple incoming calls. Complain also to the company which without permission gave out relatives' private non listed phone number.. Threaten to sue them if they won't stop. Get an attorney to start a class action suit. You do not have to pay Pinnacle Financial Group or give them your bank information. They are not authorized to cancel a previous contract. You must deal with the party with whom you originally contracted the service or goods.
