Received A Summons from Pinnacle credit
Date: Fri, 02/20/2009 - 17:01
Please help me to answer this summons. Three months ago, I received a debt collection letter from Att. Harlan M Reese claimed that I owned Pinnacle credit service $7809.12, I sent a debt validation to this attorney office but no reply. Three weeks ago on Sunday, I received a summon from Pinnacle, thus I needed your help to answer this before it expires. I called clerk's office, she told me to use the California form PLD-C-010 and I do not know how to fill this form in proper legal format.

Seanhphan go to this link courtinfo.ca.gov/forms/documents/pldc010.pdf and fill it in and submit it to the court,
For item 3b(2) state the complaintant has failed to provide documents that will establish the validity of this claim on each one of the claims.
Then on box 4 state that you requested debt validation as allowed by Federal Law (I don't know the section off hand) and they received the request on x date and signed by y.
This will probably cause the lawyer some problems and you might find them going away.
