I told pinnacle I can't-won't pay this debt untill next year when I am out of bankruptcy, or untill my wife finds employment. Yet they call me 4 times a day. How do I stop them?
If I tell them I am not paying, shouldnt any further contact attempting to collect be considered harrassment?

If you are in bankruptcy, they should not be calling you period!
