This company has placed a judgment on my credit report that does not belong to me. It is my fathers and we share the same name with different middle initials. I need to know what action i can take in order to clear up this mess. Thanks for any help.

Dispute it with the credit reporting agencies (CRA's) as "not mine", you can dispute it online. If they verify it as yours come back and tell us and we'll go from there.
