I still owe some more on my accoutn but i'm having trouble paying the rest of my loan what can i do to resolve this issue, it's already gone to the third party and they are wanting payment. I don't want to get into any trouble. But would liek to set up some sort of payment plan. this payment was done on line about a year ago and i thought it was paid for. I now find out that it wasn't had a man by the name of Mr.Steawart telling me that if i don't pay that i would get myself into alot of trouble would you please advise me in what i need to do

Have you asked them to validate the debt? I think you can send a debt validation Letter to them. But when you're dealing with a collection agency then if you settle the account only with them then only the collection account will get removed and not the original account. So, whenever you get down to a final settlement with the collection agency then don't forget to get a "agreed to delete" letter from the collection agency where it should be signed by a representative of the company.
