i got few more of this like this one of those letters i get i cannot understand how they can get into confidential buisness and get my name and phone number i am not in the phone book directory i am unpublished and i got this call and this letter demanding me to pay them $703.61 and they would settle for $316.62 payment to be set up by aug 27th which is today. dated no later than aug 31 and they said this is my final opportunity to resolve this matter without the additional expense of penalties/or interest they say its from first bank delaware i never gad any accounts with that bank or any type of services from this bank i have no files on this bank either no cards no account no credit cards this letter is from P.N. financial & associates in skokie,ILL i saw forums from other people getting the same thing from these people and had problems with them most from skokie,ILL too and replies back to them saying they are just trying to scare people into paying that money she wants to threaten me to turn me over to the sheriffs for arrest and conviction of not paying anything to them stupid jerks i am not paying nothing to them i owe nothing. this is from thier address as po box 1431 skokie,ILL 60076 weird place that is i think someone used my name or something and as a scam to make them think i owe money, thats stupid thing to to do to me. what i can do i have medical problems and heart problems i told them leave me alone and i owe nothing she told me stop pulling her leg and lies about heart problems she said well lets get you put in jail i will call the sheriff to come and help arrest you for us. sick people they are i need to know what i can do how i can avoid them should change my phone number and they got my address of my home how did that get that not possible no one knows my address of where i live either. this is some sort of threats i get or scams i bet which it is looking like one what do you think i have alot of medical problems and need to keep this people away from me :(
