next time he calls demand something in writing as he is wrong.it is up to him to prove you owe it.even if what he said was true it is wayyyyyyyy past SOL for every state.so they really can't do a thing except call and harrass.first file a police report for the call as that was harrassment.now can you give me a number that came up on caller id?maybe i can get an address to send him an FOAD letter.btw arrow is a scumeating bottomfeeder that makes up debt and tries to collect on it.wouldn't supris me at all if this idiot and arrow weren't one and the same.again they must prove you owe it,not vice versa and he made the fatal mistake of claiming it was from 1994.one last thing check your state laws in regards to recording calls get that date on tape.then this wormslime collector has nothing at all as again even if it was a real debt the SOL has wayyy past and they can't do anything except call and harrass.
