portfolio voided 1099C

portfolio obtained a judgement against me for $8K before I knew how to defend myself...
They sent a 1099C which I filed with my 2012 return..I now received a 'voided' 1099C...what does that mean and can the judgement still be enforced?

They should never had sent
They should never had sent you one in the first place,....they basically voided their own judgment. Personally I would suggest talking to an attorney..
