I had a payday loan collection agency send 2 postcards at different times stating that I owe a debt and the amount. I know this a violation of the fdcpa, who should I contact? Do I contact the FTC and my attorney general? What do I do?

A postcard? Seems to me that's a breach of confidentiality, I would need to look into the fdcpa and see if I could find where it states something specific about that. I mean, common sense tells you that's just wrong. :shock:
