Dealing with creiditiors interchange they told me to do a post dated check ach it did not clear they are telling me i am in big trouble now because it bounced. I looked on line i think ohio law is a post dated check is not considered a bad che3ck please advise. I do not want to go to jail over 150.00

Online payday loans are illegal in the state of Ohio. You cannot go to jail for not paying a payday loan. Have you paid them anything so far? You are only required to repay the principal amount borrowed. They are not entitled to fees or interest because they are operating illegally. You need to send them an email stating such and you should also file complaints with the OH Attorney General's office. You MUST close your checking account. Your money will never be safe again. Do NOT notify them until you've closed your account.
