Finalcial Asset Management

Thank you fo rthe response let me give you a little more. I had a dispute with Directv last year over a early cancellation fee they charged me. They went into my bank account and took monies without permission. While in dispute with them ( Directv) I had filed a disoute with my financial institution for the money they took. Directv eventually gave me back a portion of my money and they surrendered the money they took to the bank. Upon my bank seeing that they gave me back moneis they sent them their money back on 9/27/10 which I just found out yesterday. Now Directv never checked with their merchant bank office which could validate having the money because my bank has the tracking numbers for the transaction. They went on and sent my account to collections and now my credit score fell 44 points and declinig from this negative information. I disputed it with Experian and Equifax and Equifax removed it but a day later Experian said they spoke to the creditor and they said it was my debt I sent them proof that it was not and they still left it there. Upon me calling Experian and complaining the next day my score dropped 22 more points when nothing new showed up on my report. I am thinking it is from the argument I had with the rep. So now I find out they have been paid and my report is suffering and the collection agency is not beat to help so what do I do? Directv has been paid they refuse to acknowledge it.

Do I have a lawsuit for all the pain and suffering I have went through?
Do I have a lawsuit for the false information?

What can I do because I have truly been wronged?

I have to give a update regarding Financial Asset Management and Directv after fighting this tooth and nail the account was marked paid in full, my credit report had the item deleted and its all thanks to my debt savvy friends here!

You guys have helped me get through this! I also need to note I was able to pay off 2 credit cards and keep life rolling!!!!
