Processor Servor Harrassment and Assault

For the past few days, on two different occasions, two different men came to my door, and they pounded on it for 20 minutes, (they have may kicked it too). The first guy was really thug looking, and through the peep hole, he was holding a clip board. I dont answer the door to strangers for safety reasons, so I did not answer the door, however, he did not even give me a chance to respond and started yelling and screaming my name, pounding on the door, and he did this for 20 minutes.
I thought it was the consens guy, (they are not really that professional). Even though I already talked to the consensus people, they were hounding me for a while, so I blew it off.
The next day, another guy did the same thing. This guy was not as scary looking, and he parked his car behind mine in the driveway. He too was yelling and screaming, and said, "Mrs.. so and soo, I am going to leave these right here!!". I was looking at him through the peep hole, and of course he did no such thing. Unlike the other guy, he only hung around for about 10 minutes. I could not make out his license plate, but next time, if there is one, I am going to get a surveillance camera, and the next time someone tries to kick my door in and they do not indentify theymselves, I am calling the police, and charging them with assault, trespessing, etc. I know that someone is allowed to come to your door, but if you are not there, they are not allowed to stalk or surveillance.
It finally occurred to me that it may be a junk debt buyer. None of my creditors ever validated the debt, and then after a while, they just went away. I am sure some scumbag purchased me debt.
If they want to sue me, then fine, they can sue. I know how to fight these people, and they have nothing.
however, I want to know my rights when it comes to harrassment of a process servor. Or at least I think that is who they are. A normal and decent person, /company would;ve used someone more reputable, like a Sherif. Its unsafe to open up door to thugs, especially with small children in the house. Not only that, but in my town, thats how they rape and rob people. People open the door the strangers, and then bust into your house. At least if it were a Sherif, I could call the police department and verify who was at my door.
If I am getting sued, I am getting sued, thats fine. But I think this must be a JCB since they hired someone so cheap and who obviously works on commission. With my new surveillance camera I can track down the vehicle number, and hopefully the company and press charges.
I have not felt this bad since being violently attacked by my ex husband. Today was so down. I cant beleive they did that!!! Well, this jerk certainly is not going to make any commission off me. If they want to serve me, they have to do it right, spend some money and get someone reputable. I am not goign to make it easy to ATTACK me.

I think you should take legal steps against them. Don't make any further delay. These people should be taught a lesson. Contact an experienced attorney to know what steps you can take against them.
