Getting calls from pro collect 7 years later?

Hi I am in texas and my wife has or had a debt from a dental office from the year 01.. 7 Years later I am now getting calls from pro collect, I got the documentation from them and it looks like she in facts owe's the bill. I have sent them cease and deceast letters and even called them and explained that the statue of limitations has been reached. However they start screaming and hang up...
Is there anything else I can do to have them stop calling the house?? My understanding is they can send me mail, but are supposed to stop calling?

Correct. Once you send the C&D letter they can no longer call y
Correct. Once you send the C&D letter they can no longer call you. If they violate the C&D you can take them to court.
