My son had a Provivian credit card with chargesof 1900.oo and he didn;t pay the charges.The above attorney has filed a judgement against property owned by me and his dad.How can they hold us responsible for a debt that we don't owe? My son is 34 years old and his name is not on the deeds to our property I called them and tried to explain this to them and the man I talked to would not even listen to me. How can I get this judgement against us removed? We can't sell or do anything until this is settled
