what can actually happen in a judgement in florida involving credit card debt?
I read somewhere that your peresonal bank account or business could not be touched?
that a lien could be put on your property, wages garnished?...what could happen exactly?

As far as I know, your personal bank account can be levied in florida. As for garnishment, if you are head of household, you cannot be garnished.
