never received a dunning letter

I've gotten many calls from another CA that says they sent me the letter explaining that I owe the debt, yada, yada and when I told them they did not and would they send me another one, he told me no. What should I do? Should I go ahead and dispute anyway?

no, I have lived in the same place for nine years and the ca is PRS, something Recovery Services of Vorhees, NJ. I don't think they ever sent one really. I would've jumped on it ASAP and why they won't send me another one is beyond me but I did just send them a cease and desist letter so we'll see what happens.
