50,000 plus medical bills

Since 12/2008 I have had five major surgeries, several hosp stays and numerous er visits,tests,dr, visits. We have insurance that we pay for ourselves$1100 a month, $5700 deductable in network and 17,000 out of network, pay bills when we can needless to say still ongoing care and cant keep bills straight. live in georgia, where can i get help with this? no credit cards, no savings, old car, mortgage 30,000, cant get additional money debt to income ratio, dont really know where to start, takes most everything to keep insurance paid. Have some realestate assests offered for sale, actively, even offered owner financing...No bites. Have leased at leased costs are covered,...insurance taxes etc
