i have a judgment against an individual from the county courts. how do i make sure that it turns up on his credit report?

I have wondered this sometimes myself...

I personally had to sue my old boss (I loaned him $2K and then a week later he fired me). So I went through the whole court/lawsuit procedure and got a judgment, and I wondered to myself "how does it get reported to the bureaus."

The clerk of court told me since they are tied into LexisNexis, it would automatically get reported. But then I wonder -- the lawsuit only has his name and address on it, no dob or ssn -- so how can they make sure they report on the right person?

I've wanted to pull his credit just to see if it really did get reported, but then again I'm not going to break the law just to find out.
